What this is

MFC Intelligence is an internal business tool operated by Maine Flag Company for its own staff and invited contractors. It is not a public service; only people Maine Flag Company has added can sign in.

Information we collect

Sign-in: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and whether Google has verified that email. We use it only to match you to the account Maine Flag Company created for you.
Activity: actions you take in the tool (for example recording a build or receiving stock) are logged with your email for record-keeping.
Business accounts: Maine Flag Company administrators may connect the company's own Google services (such as Gmail and Google Ads) so the tool can read and act on company business data.

How we use it

Solely to operate Maine Flag Company's business: sign-in, access control, order and inventory records, and notifications about work assigned to you. We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide the features described above and is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

Data is stored in the tool's private database on its hosting provider. Account information is kept while your access is active; you can ask for your account to be removed at any time.
